Hopper Media (“we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect on hoppermedia.in, why we collect it, and what choices you have.

1. Information we collect

Details you give us at checkout: your name, email address, WhatsApp number and state.
Payment details: payments are handled by Razorpay. We receive a payment confirmation and the amount paid, but not your card, UPI or bank details.
Messages you send us: anything you write to us by email or WhatsApp.
Website usage: basic information such as pages visited, device and browser type, collected through cookies and tools like the Meta Pixel.

2. How we use your information

To confirm your booking and send you the Zoom link.
To send reminders and updates about the webinar on email and WhatsApp.
To deliver any add-on you bought.
To answer your questions and process refunds.
To tell you about our other programmes. You can opt out at any time.
To measure and improve our ads and website.

3. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the services we use to run the webinar:

Razorpay (payments)
Zoom (the webinar session)
WhatsApp and our messaging and email providers (confirmations and reminders)
Meta (ad measurement through the Meta Pixel)
Hostinger (website hosting)

We may also share information if the law requires it.

4. Cookies and the Meta Pixel

We use cookies and the Meta Pixel to understand which ads bring people to our website and whether they booked a seat. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and you can manage ad preferences in your Facebook and Instagram settings.

5. How long we keep it

We keep your information for as long as we need it to provide the webinar, meet legal and tax requirements, and handle any disputes. After that, we delete or anonymise it.

6. Your choices and rights

Ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you.
Ask us to correct or delete your information.
Stop WhatsApp messages by replying “STOP”, and unsubscribe from emails using the link in any email.

7. Security

We take reasonable steps to protect your information. No method of sending or storing data online is completely secure, but we work to keep your data safe.

8. Children

This webinar is meant for people aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

9. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page.
